Key Features

  • A Recognizable & Reliable Choice
As one of the most internationally known oolongs, Tie Guan Yin offers a familiar and trusted tea experience, appreciated for its consistent quality and signature aroma.
  • Precise Craft for Consistent Quality
The tea is processed through traditional steps including shaking, oxidizing, fixing, rolling, and roasting. The key differentiation lies in the final roasting: light roasting preserves freshness for the Light Aroma style, while medium roasting develops depth for the Rich Aroma style. This controlled process ensures batch-to-batch consistency.
  • Terroir-Driven Character
Grown in the Anxi region of Fujian, the tea benefits from the area’s unique microclimate, misty hills, and mineral-rich red soil, which contribute to its complex aromatic foundation and distinctive flavor profile.

Origin & Growing Environment
Our Tie Guan Yin is sourced from Anxi, Fujian, the heartland of this famous tea. The region's subtropical climate, with ample rainfall, mist, and significant day-night temperature variation, promotes the development of amino acids and aromatic compounds in the tea leaves. The tea is cultivated in the area's acidic red soil and managed using natural methods without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Cultivation & Craftsmanship

  • We use natural cultivation methods and hand-pick leaves at optimal maturity in spring and autumn.
  • The core of the craft is the oxidation (“Zuo Qing”) stage, where leaves are gently shaken and rested to develop their signature orchid aroma. The final roasting level is precisely applied according to the intended style—lighter for the Light Aroma to lock in freshness, and more developed for the Rich Aroma to build a toasty, rounded character.

Three Ways to Enjoy

  1. Hot Brew (Classic)
Use 1 sachet per 300ml (10 oz) of water at 205-212°F (96-100°C). Steep Light Aroma for 1-2 minutes; steep Rich Aroma for 2-3 minutes to fully extract its robust body.
  2. Cold Brew (Refreshing)
For a smooth iced tea, use 1 sachet with 500ml (17 oz) of cold water. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. The result is a fragrant, naturally sweet drink with minimal astringency.
  3. Creative Infusions
    • Oolong Milk Tea: Add warm milk, oat milk, or coconut milk to hot-brewed tea.
    • Fruit-Infused Iced Tea: Add lemon slices, peach, or passion fruit to cold brew.
    • Sparkling Oolong: Mix cold brew with sparkling water and a fresh mint sprig.
