Our Liu'an Guapian is sourced from the Dabie Mountain region in Liu'an, Anhui. The high-altitude, misty environment with ample diffused light and significant day-night temperature variation contributes to the leaf's development. The tea gardens are maintained using natural methods without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Cultivation & Craftsmanship
- We employ natural cultivation methods and hand-pick leaves at optimal maturity in spring.
- After picking, the most distinctive step occurs: the manual separation of leaves from buds and stems. The selected leaves then undergo pan-frying for fixation and shaping, followed by the defining slow charcoal roasting that develops their signature aroma and taste.
